Here at Lotus Test Prep Foundation, we believe in preparing and supporting students with coping skills to manage learning/testing anxiety. We try to teach students how to improve their attention and focus, using a geometric doodling technique called Triangle Therapy. These doodles may be geometric shapes, patterns, or drawings that we provide to our students to utilize into their daily studying habits. We believe doodling can be an outlet for stress relief and help struggling students with their testing anxiety or when they feel overstimulated with their teachings.
Breathing exercises are an excellent, quick, and easy solution for stress and anxiety relief. Deep breathing increases the supply of oxygen to your brain and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes a state of calmness.
